How can customers view the menu on their smartphones?

When they scan the QR code at the service point, the menu will appear in their web browser if they have access to the Internet via a Wi-Fi or mobile network

Does an application need to be installed?

No, using the web browser is sufficient. Most smartphones have the ability to scan QR codes built-in.

What is needed to create the digital menu?

You need an Internet connection, your company logo, photos, descriptions, prices, availability of items and optionally translations of the menu into foreign languages. We will be happy to discuss the details with you.

How do I create a QR code for the menu?

We digitally generate the QR code for your menu. You bear the cost of printing or third-party manufacturing e.g. on paper, wood, metal or plastic.

What devices are needed for staff?

You need smartphones or tablets running Android or iOS. You can also use a computer.

What if the customer does not have a smartphone?

The staff can send orders for the customer.

How many people order in a group?

Everyone who has an active PIN. Staff activate a customer's PIN. Then, the customer can activate other PINs at the same point of service.

Can I link the app to social media?

Yes. In the customer (guests or visitors) interface, there can be links to your accounts in social media.

How long does it take to get my digital menu and become a customer?

It depends on the size of the price list, the photography of the items by a professional photographer or any translations into foreign languages. Usually about a week is enough.

How are order forms printed?

For printing order forms, Cloud Thermal Printers are required, which we will inform you about.

How many user accounts are created for staff?

There is no limit. Each account has personal login codes and user rights.

Which foreign languages are supported?

You choose whether you want the menu to be translated into foreign languages by a third party and bear the corresponding costs. We will be happy to discuss such details when we setup your digital menu.
